There are so many problems with this review. First, the poster seems to claim to have been a client who hired me. I am the Chief Felony Prosecutor for Comal County Texas...i.e. a prosecutor for the State of Texas. As such, I do not have clients. I am directly employed by Comal County. The poster also claims "files fake indictments that are FORGED by the grand jury." The grand jury is the body in Texas that issues indictments. Thus, they really can't "forge" an indictment. That is basically like claiming someone forged their own signature. And, technically, the district clerk files all court documents including indictments. So, whoever posted this is clearly an idiot. I have served as a felony prosecutor for almost 27 years. In that time, I have primarily prosecuted child molesters. I have also prosecuted cases for murder and capital murder, a number of habitual felons (defendants who have already been to prison twice), and a number of gang members including an assortment of white supremacists. I have successfully handled criminal appeals before the Third, Seventh, Eighth, and Eleventh Court of Appeals and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. I have been fairly successful in my career and have been Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for around 22 years. Of course, the criminals I have prosecuted are sometimes less than happy about that. I am fairly certain that this review was posted by one of those dirtbags or one of their friends or relatives. Unfortunately, they didn't have the guts to include their name. Ethically, I cannot comment on a pending case. However, if they decide to identify themselves and the case is closed, I will be happy provide more details about what this "upstanding citizen" is truly upset about.
