JUSTIN DELIVERS THE RESULTS--DIPLOMATICALLY

I've had two occasions to work with Justin, both of them on family matters. I got clear, accurate, dispassionate advice which, when I put it to the test, created the results we all needed. He understood how to work within a situation that could be charged with strong emotions; he helped me keep the... Court, my adversaries and my own circumstances in honest legal balance. I'll use him again whenever I can.

For more difficult cases, find a different lawyer.

If you have a simple case that can be handled outside of court this lawyer might be effective. For difficult cases, I recommend going elsewhere. He repeatedly acted nervous and fearful about going into courtroom and facing judges. He will ask you to complete minor tasks that a paralegal would no...rmally do under the guise of "saving you money" yet he still manages to spend all of the retainer - claiming 30 minutes to an hour for typing up one paragraph emails to the opposing council. He can easily spend $5,000 on typing up emails... so beware. In addition, he will approach your situation with his own agenda. After weeks of coming up with our approach together he changed the strategy completely minutes before entering the court house. His new strategy was to attack me and gain a "sympathy" ruling from the judge. Luckily the opposing council chose to adopt the agreement I devised myself outside the courtroom and his strange tactics were never actually used in court. As the case intensified he unfortunately showed that he did not have the experience or fortitude to handle it's complexity or duration and chose to withdraw (during the week of Christmas) - leaving me without council at a critical moment in the case. I expected more from the law offices of Brazel and Pfueffer. I am also skeptical of the previous reviews. You have been warned.

This review is false, misleading, and should not be relied upon. I am not afraid of court. I do not bill thirty minutes to an hour for a one paragraph email. I do not implement case strategy without client approval. I do not approach cases with my own agenda. I do not leave clients without representation, but I will fire them if they lie to me, violate court orders, or do things repeatedly to hurt their case. One might wonder why this particular client didn't terminate me instead of me withdrawing if I was so horrible. Sometimes, clients are are asked to do leg work to verify their stories and secure evidence. Not only does this save a client money, which I like to do, the client many times is in the best position to obtain the information. Sometimes, they, along with the lawyer, get frustrated when the client's stories cannot be verified, or worse, are complete lies. Sometimes, people can't get out of their own way and they look to blame others. I work hard to represent clients and will continue to do so.

Child Custody

Contacted Mr Morley to help with a child custody case. Even though this was a very difficult case and became quite difficult at times, Mr. Morley was always calm, kept me informed of all my options (even thou I did not like them at times) and provided me with the best legal advise I could possibly as...k for. He was kind, non-judgmental, professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. The case lasted a lot longer than expected, was frustrating but Mr. Morley never steered me wrong. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family attorney.

Justin Morley - Highly Recommend

Justin has worked with me for six years and I have always been very pleased with his performance, demeanor, billing rates, honesty (even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear) and attention to detail. He is a very efficient attorney, doing all he can to keep billable hours to a minimum. I would high...ly recommend Justin and his firm.
