Poor professionalism
She didn’t file paperwork correctly and “forgot” very important details of the case in the paperwork. She didn’t consult until the day before court and never answered the phone when calling. Very poor professionalism!

She never followed up or followed through. Always wanted to talk the day before court date and always stated she was always busy and had lots of appointments and would say she would meet with you at this time and then say I didn’t tell you that time I told you this time.
