Chris is a brilliant, and very experienced Attorney
A trustworthy attorney. I would have to describe my experience with Cris Webber as nothing but pleasant, I hired Chris for an HOA issue which he Handled with no problem. Not only is Chris very professional, but he also explains your legal situation to you in terms that you will understand And gives you well thought out legal counsel for your case. One major thumbs up that I must say about Chris is that he will return your phone calls, not like most attorneys who will give you the runaround after you give them your money. I would highly recommend Cris to any of my family friends and colleagues if you want a tough as nails, no-nonsense attorney to represent you against the big Guys call Chris.

Property Rights
I was being threatened by my Property Owner's Association. I learned from Chris that if I waited for them to sue me, even though the case was groundless, I could not recover my attorney's costs. We sued them. The day we went to court, they settled by paying my costs, $40,000.

misguided me
We were misguided. He told us that unless we hired him and filed a lawsuit first, we would not be able to ask the court to have them pay our legal costs, if they filed first. Come to find out after the case was over that was not true. Either the plaintiff or the defendant can ask the court to have the other side pay their legal bills. After hiring him based on this, a costly legal battle ensued. Come to find out the other side was never going to sue me, and we did not need to sue them first in order to have a chance of recovering legal cost. Had he divulged this, he never would have been hired and never a suit would have been filed. Very disappointed, lost thousands for no reason.

Lacked required knowledge and skill.
I was a client. He lacked the legal knowledge to handle my case. His errors and oversights cost me alot of money. The bills were outrageous. His performance was extremely poor. My experience with him was negative.
