After two months of essentially no activity, including multiple e-mails unanswered and having phone calls never returned, I called one last time to check on status and learned absolutely nothing had been done to advance my case. Again I left a message to call me back so we could discuss. After sever...al days of that call also not being returned I terminated her representation. It then took more than two more months to get some of my retainer returned. I've never felt more disrespected. Hire at your risk.

Mrs. Lane is a very good lawyer who tries her to best to get the best deal for her client. She is very professional, and has exceptional knowledge in her area of work. As someone who did not have a clue what to do when charged with a misdemeanor crime, I needed someone to guide me through the whole p...rocess and Mrs. Lane did just that. While she is not incredibly cheap, she did charge me a fair price, and I do feel like I got my money's worth in a defense attorney. My only complaint would be that she could have done a slightly better job of keeping me informed on things that were going on with the case. Overall, I recommend Mrs. Lane and would hire her again if anything were to ever happen again.
