These review has to be a lie . you’re better off hiring a mop from a broom closet than this guy because at least with a mop you expect it to be a mop however with him you expect a lawyer but you don’t get one . 0 communication from him and his team I had to email him about having better . Communicati...on however the communication was still terrible . He forgot to cancel court dates in which I had to call to remind . He even forgot to tell me to not show up to court when we did have court . I showed up to court and I had to ask the district county clerk what happened to my court date . It was there I found it was canceled by him . I called him seconds later to find out he’s in whole other city and said he forgot to inform me .his assistant emailed saying she scheduled a phone call from him but he never called me I had to call him once again to ask what about our meeting because he forgot as usual . We had a zoom meeting in which the details were emailed . He tried to have me show up to the mediation building I had to inform him it’s via zoom not in person because he didn’t even read the email . He then showed up to mediation late , while during mediation he was still taking calls from clients. Super unprofessional. Then after days of hounding my final invoice, this guy trying charge 300 bucks for reading emails and filing a bunch of motions and didn’t use not one . After I paid $3000 retainer fee he’s still demanding $600 for doing nothing he claims they don’t charge for every single thing however charging $150 to receive an email that you can read in seconds is obviously ridiculous.I’m going straight to the state bar . Avoid this crook . If you do finally get ahold him on the phone he’s trying to rush you off and he doesn’t have your attention . He constantly mixing your case up with other clients and don’t even remember who you are .I have all the screen shots and messages and emails as proof. He always tries to catch an attitude when you make him do his job. This review has nothing to do with the outcome of my case . I’m content with the outcome it’s solely based on his professionalism

This man went above and beyond to help my husband gain his kids back after his x wife ran off to texas with them over 2 years ago. it was a long, hard, stressful, and expensive battle but everytime we ended up in court mostly because she pushed us there, he went after her tooth and nail, he let her ...have it many a times and stumped both her and her attorney. This is a very small town lawyer, but he has got it going on. Very reasoanable cost. His assistant is amazing too. Dont waste your time digging around the internet like I did, before hiring this man. I called over 24 lawyer and legal offices and settled with Mr Wes. He s a tuff cookie all the way around and will upset you if you dont just back down and let him and his assisant do their jobs. This attorney had to be found by a couple in New Orleans LA. We needed an attorney in Texas after my husbands x wife was granted persmission by my husband to move to Texas with the kids. After 2 years of no communication or allowing visitation we had no choice but to find and hire a lawyer in Tex...as. Wes did an AMAZING job! It was a very long, very drawn out battle with the x wife and Wes stood right there with us and fought every step of the way. His assistant, Heather is also amazing and very kind, very specific, will tell you when you need to chill uand when you need to get busy. We got my husbands kids back with " back" visitation and so on. We missed them so. I went through a ton of lawyers and reviews and what not. Wes is the BEST dont believe the Hype from other reviews! HE is amazing, He is blunt, he has a very ruff attitude, but so do I lol so we butted heads a few times, but he knows what he is doing and will get the job done! any job!!
