Mitchell Ray Bearden

I first met Mitch at his office stacked high with boxes, papers, and books. He sat behind an old, big wooden desk. He started talking in a slow, deliberate, “Dime Box drawl”. My wife and I looked at each other and wondered what we had gotten ourselves into. A diploma hung on the wall behind h...im. I abruptly got up and walked behind him to see what it said. Whoa!! Mitchell Ray Bearden…..Rice University….With Honors. I sat back down and listened intently. That was 25 years ago. Since then, Mitch has helped us in so many ways for so many years. If two words describe him, those words would be “brilliant” and “available”. He’s a very smart, honest lawyer who’s always there when you need him. If Mitch has “got your back” then everything is going to be okay.
