My practice focuses on estate planning and corporate matters.  I am Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and have a LL.M. in Tax from Southern Methodist University.  I have a broad estate planning practice which includes drafting simple to complexed wills, preparing all types of trusts, estate and income tax planning, preparing family limited partnerships and related family entities, and succession planning to hold and transfer family businesses to the next generation.  My probate practice includes all aspects of probate and guardianship work, trust and estate administration, advising individual and corporate executors and trustees, and handling probate and trust disputes.  My practice is also largely comprised of business planning and corporate work including forming and structuring business entities, buy-sell agreements, sales and acquisitions of businesses, tax planning, and general corporate matters.
