RESOLVING THE MOST COMPLEX FAMILY, PROBATE, AND ELDER LAW MATTERS WITH SKILLED ADVOCACY

Excelling both as an undergraduate and graduate student, Randy Michel earned a commission in the United States Air Force. Then, as a young military officer, he proved his mettle through preparation, courage, and dedication, for which he was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal and an Oak Leaf Cluster for heroism on the Arctic Circle. After completing his military service, Michel turned in a stellar performance in law school, and he continues to distinguish himself today in local, state, federal, and appellate courtrooms across Texas and beyond.

Randy Michel attributes much of his success to his tenacity and his willingness to outwork his adversaries. He is highly regarded by other lawyers because they know that when they enter the courtroom, Michel will have worked harder, will be better prepared, and will be better organized than anyone else in the room.

Collaborative Divorce
Randy represented me in a collaborative divorce case. He was professionally solid and skilled in dealing with my ex-husband’s superior attitude during the meetings. Randy was thoroughly prepared for every issue in every meeting. It was clear that he has a great deal of experience with divorce cases. He made sure that I completely and rationally considered all aspects of my options at each turning point as well as when it was time to make compromises and get the deal done.

Truly one of the good guys!
Randy Michel and his paralegal, Andrea, are both amazing people! I cannot praise either one of them enough. Randy and Andrea were an absolute pleasure to work with. With Randy by my side, I was able to get through a complex divorce/custody battle and achieve the outcome I desired. Randy is very dependable attorney, knows the law well, and his attitude is truly remarkable! Randy treated me with the utmost respect, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone going through a divorce or custody battle . I won't miss the divorce process, but I will miss working with Randy and Andrea!

"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. I've known Randy as a judge and fellow attorney for over 25 years, and have mediated a number of cases for him. In that context, he's a favorite for preparation, knowledge of the case facts and law, and honesty! He's got a fabulous staff, and as a team, they are highly responsive to their clients. Very personable!"
