Jeff Paradowski and his team are AMAZING! Nobody jumps for joy when you have to hire an attorney, especially when the case involves an accident or conflict, but Jeff and his team have a true spirit for the law and for serving their community, and it shows. We hired Jeff to assist with our cas...e after my husband was rear ended by a driver on his cell phone. The entire incident created a great deal of stress for our family and we could not find a single attorney that would assist. That was until we were connected to Jeff and his team by another party that was also involved in the accident. Jeff took our case one day before our our time to pursue legal action would expire. I can go on about the details, but I feel what is most important is this. Jeff and his team are efficient, clear in what they can accomplish, communicative every step of the way, and very kind, which means a lot when you have to rely on an expert to translate the law and how it applies to your particular case. I'm pretty convinced that Jeff Paradowski is one of the best, if not the best, personal injury attorneys in the College Station area. He knows the field, he has the experience, and he can get you a good outcome on your personal injury lawsuit. That's a fact. Also, his office team is very attentive an...d efficient. I had Ashley in my case as a paralegal, and she was always very responsive, and kind. That being said, the reason I'm not giving him 5 stars, is that I got the impression that he is so good at his job that he doesn't really try hard, probably when your case is not that big. I was in a serious incident when a car crossed my right of way, resulting in broken bones and my moped being totaled. I genuinely believe the two reasons I didn't die were that I was wearing full protection (helmet, motorcycle jacket, hard-shelled gloves with wrist protection, boots, all the deal), and a microsecond that counted in my favor. People that saw the accident thought I was dead, but I got out of the ER with a broken hand and several bruises. I'm an international student, I knew nothing about what to do in a situation like this, and had no family support here, so I was very lost and worried. My advisor asked around, and someone recommended him Jeff's office. My case settled about two months ago, for an amount I was satisfied with. However, it resolved after about 14 months. When I first talked to Jeff, I was worried about the time the case would take, because of the medical bills piling up. He assured me it wouldn't take that long as it was a clear case, and he estimated that it would take less than a year. It took longer than a year ( take this with a grain of salt, maybe it was a reasonable time, and I'm just unaware of it as a foreigner), and I got the feeling that he could have gotten this resolved much faster if he tried. I also felt like he didn't really explain his plan to me. When I saw it being done, I thought it was very clever and really appreciated it. I just wished I knew before so I could understand why he seemed so unconcerned about things I was concerned. On the other hand, when I was worried about time, Jeff was really kind in offering me an advance so I could solve my transportation issue as I could not ride anymore. Summarizing: he will get your case solved. If your claim is not severe, it may take a little long, and you may feel like nothing is happening. But he will get you to a satisfying resolution. And if you are one of those people that need to feel like you know what's going on, you probably might get frustrated. But in the end, he will get you there. He could probably do it faster and even better if he tried hard, but perhaps his average can get a better outcome than the maximum effort of a less experienced attorney.

Jeff is a great lawyer who explains things clearly and gives his honest opinion on the best way to move forward when hard decisions need to be made. That said, during the course of a case you end up interacting with his paralegal more often than Jeff himself. Fortunately, his paralegal, Ashley, is al...so great! She is incredibly patient and understanding, and did a wonderful job managing aspects of my case that were difficult for me to execute on my own.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this Law Firm is! I am a single mother and no family in Texas, I was hurting and emotionally distressed when I arrived at their office. From the moment I walked in they took the time to listen, and then immediately took action, they met my immediate needs an...d from that moment on they took care of EVERYTHING! All I had to do was rest and heal. Everyone was ALWAYS kind, and pleasant Jeff went well above the call of duty, and Ashley stayed on top of my case all the way to the very end without missing a beat! Both of them were at my disposal anytime I needed them which wasn't too often because they were always ahead of the game! Oh...and the fees....MORE than fair!!! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! I pray we never need them again..however if we do... We will never even entertain the idea of going anywhere else.
