I highly recommend Jeff and Ashley and the entire staff. They made me feel like I was part of the FAMILY and I'm forever grateful for the hours and hours they put in on my case. I suffer from PTSD and Jeff ALWAYS made me feel safe and secure. My case took awhile only because of the insurance company ...but Ashley and Jeff never backed down or left me. They checked on my during the ice storm and also when my parent's health wasn't good. They are wonderful caring christians who is going to work hard til the end. I knew I was going to be REPRESENTED GOOD but no I was REPRESENTED OUTSTANDING!!! I'm forever blessed that they fought for me.

I got into an incident where I felt I was being wronged by the other involved parties insurance after an accident. Jeff and his team were very professional in representing me and handling the situation. They were very friendly and respectful with me and even worked with me on how I preferred to not b...ring up what happened over and over again. (Motorcycle incident so its not exactly something you want to relive too many times.) They contacted me when necessary to do so and always were sure to check in on how I was healing physically and mentally. Overall Jeff and his team turned an extremely unpleasant situation into as positive as it could have been and I'm happy to say that I am back on two wheels after it was all said and done. God forbid I get into another accident but I will be sure to contact Jeff again if so.
