Biography
Joseph “Jody” Rodriguez was born and raised in Bryan, Texas. Since he was young, Jody was taught to appreciate cultural heritage, hard work, and societal improvement. Jody attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate and earned is B.A. in political science. He then moved to Houston before deciding to enroll in the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He became licensed to practice law in Texas in 1999. After practicing in Houston for a couple of years, Jody moved back to the Bryan and College Station area and founded Rodriguez & Gimbert with his long-time friend Attorney Louis Gimbert. Jody focuses his legal practice on criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. He is an accomplished litigator and a proud member of numerous professional associations. He also enjoys giving back and is very involved in his local community.
