I was support for the defense and witnessed a trial that he defended for the charge of strangulation and impeding breath. Donnie was amazing through the entire 3 days. Mr. Andreski represented my younger brother in a domestic violence / strangulation case in Bryan, Tx. He was very knowledgeable about the law and gathered all the information he needed to start the trial, he left no stone unturned. He was very thorough with all the witnesses that took the stand and a...lso wrote several notes for himself to recall later in time if /or when needed. He remained confident, professional and calm the entire time. He proved an amazing defense case and made it very clear that my brother's actions were infact self-defense, no matter the size or weight of a person. He was able to get the Jurors to understand and place themselves in that situation, if it was them on trial. It also did not matter which angle The State argued, Mr. Andreski had enough evidence and arguments to cover them all. After hearing from both sides for 2 days and speaking with several professional witnesses and experts, he was able to get the truth to be told. It was clear to which side had crossed their T's and dotted their I's. My brother was found Not Guilty, free of any charges and cleared from the arrest made from this accusation. Mr. Andreski is a very exceptional lawyer, who remained confident in his work and arguments. He guided us the whole way and explained every step. I hired Mr Anderski for an Assault and Terroristic threat case.This case lasted for over a year and a half. My wife has made up a story that i assaulted her and threathened her with a Gun.I was so worried for my career. words cannot explain the emmotion pain i went through during this time span but M...r Anderski's resilience and sacrifice was fruitful at trail. Prior to trail he fought so that i shouldn't go to jail. At one point i was wearing and ankle monitor .He worked hard to take off the ankle monitor. At trail i had three counts which was worrying because if found guilty in one of the counts ,it doesn't make any big difference if found not guilty in two. Mr Anderski's experience as a law enforcement officer/Detective showed at trail because he was so knowledgeable and confident.I knew at one point i will be aquitted of all charges based on his outstanding performance-He blew away the prosecutor. He stayed with me all day long while we waited for the Jury verdict on day three. The verdict said i was NOT GUILTY on all three counts. If i'm walking free today ,it is thanks to this man. I will forever be greatful. I highly recommend this outstanding lawyer.

Donnie was my father's appointed attorney in an unexpected DUI/DWI case. Mr. Andreski worked extremely hard for us, making every effort possible to get the best for my father. It's good to have an attorney that works hard when you pay them, but it is another thing see an appointed attorney work even ...harder on your behalf. My question was for a case in Hardin County! And he still took time out of his day to respond with informative advice concerning the Hardin County case. This guy is the real deal; paid attorney or not. I am confident that he would treat every case with the same professional and genuine care that we received. A little bit of a back story if you're still reading this long review: (This is not a bad review about the previous lawyer; I am just trying to expand on the comparison we experienced.) We were with a previous attorney whom my father was paying weekly. This past attorney (Rick Davis---avoid him) did not seem to care about my father's case although we were paying him the money he asked. We were never able to contact him, even after calling daily to ask the simple questions... like "so what is our plan?", "where do we need to go from here?", "what have we done so far", and eventually bluntly put "what are we paying you to do?". He stuck us with college students who had no idea what they were doing; I guess they had about the same amount of guidance from Mr. Davis that we received from him: NO GUIDANCE! So after we realized that Mr. Davis as our lawyer was doing nothing but wasting $350 a week and leaving us stressed and lost, my father asked for an appointed attorney. Once we got Mr. Andreski's name, we decided to go see if we could meet him. We were in town (we live a few hours away from Brazos County) and asked Donnie's office staff if we would be able to meet him and give him our contact info. We were actually able to get in to talk with him in no-time. He sat down and talked with us even before he knew he was appointed to my father! We didn't have to have the awful experience that Mr. Davis's office gave us! Mr. Andreski treated us like family! BACK TO THE POINT: Go in for a consultation and see for yourself! He is truly a genuine lawyer. I can say confidently that you will not be disappointed in his "services" or appointed "services"! If I could go back in time, I would have hired him in the first place!

I received a Tampering with evidence charge when I was 18, It was one of the most scary and hard events I had ever been in.
