I was stopped for speeding but the situation turned into a DWI quickly. I was arrested and jailed on that eventful night. Mr. Andreski took a strong interest in my case including my ideas and opinions. I did not want to settle and he supported me 100%. Donnie was my father's appointed attorney in an unexpected DUI/DWI case. Mr. Andreski worked extremely hard for us, making every effort possible to get the best for my father. It's good to have an attorney that works hard when you pay them, but it is another thing see an appointed attorney work even ...harder on your behalf. My question was for a case in Hardin County! And he still took time out of his day to respond with informative advice concerning the Hardin County case. This guy is the real deal; paid attorney or not. I am confident that he would treat every case with the same professional and genuine care that we received. A little bit of a back story if you're still reading this long review: (This is not a bad review about the previous lawyer; I am just trying to expand on the comparison we experienced.) We were with a previous attorney whom my father was paying weekly. This past attorney (Rick Davis---avoid him) did not seem to care about my father's case although we were paying him the money he asked. We were never able to contact him, even after calling daily to ask the simple questions... like "so what is our plan?", "where do we need to go from here?", "what have we done so far", and eventually bluntly put "what are we paying you to do?". He stuck us with college students who had no idea what they were doing; I guess they had about the same amount of guidance from Mr. Davis that we received from him: NO GUIDANCE! So after we realized that Mr. Davis as our lawyer was doing nothing but wasting $350 a week and leaving us stressed and lost, my father asked for an appointed attorney. Once we got Mr. Andreski's name, we decided to go see if we could meet him. We were in town (we live a few hours away from Brazos County) and asked Donnie's office staff if we would be able to meet him and give him our contact info. We were actually able to get in to talk with him in no-time. He sat down and talked with us even before he knew he was appointed to my father! We didn't have to have the awful experience that Mr. Davis's office gave us! Mr. Andreski treated us like family! BACK TO THE POINT: Go in for a consultation and see for yourself! He is truly a genuine lawyer. I can say confidently that you will not be disappointed in his "services" or appointed "services"! If I could go back in time, I would have hired him in the first place!
