Craig Monroe Greaves

Our daughter got into some trouble (DWI) while at Texas A&M, and we are so glad we picked Mr. Greaves to represent her. At our initial consultation he was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. About 3 years ago I was arrested for the offense of Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. When asked by the arresting officer if I would consent to give a sample of my breath or blood, I screwed up and consented to a blood draw. When my blood test results came back as a .169 (...more than twice the legal limit), I thought there was no way of out of a DWI conviction and I just needed to plead guilty and be done with it. However, Craig encouraged me to take my case to jury trial and I am so thankful that he did! On December 16, 2015 a Brazos County Jury found me NOT GUILTY of DWI. This result would not have been possible without Craig's guidance, support, abilities and courtroom expertise. He definitely delivered what I paid for and far exceeded my own expectations. Furthermore, I want to mention that I have read the disparaging comments about Craig posted by two individuals on this site and I highly doubt their interpretation are true. Admittedly, I don't know the two individuals that have made these negative comments about Craig, but it seems to me that those persons are the kind that always want to blame others for their own self created problems.
