I would like to say i would recommend Mr. Jimmy Hamm to anyone. He has the best representation ever. He worked on a case regarding a acquaintance of mine and did an excellent job. When you call him and he is not available he will contact you back the same day. His staff including his secretary is awe...some. I can honestly say Mr. Jimmy Hamm was a pleasure to work with. Jimmy went above and beyond in our case. His confidence and peace under pressure really goes a long way when you are in the courtroom and the tension is soaring. I've known Jimmy professionally for a couple of years before our child custody case, but after following his guidance though to a success...ful ending, I actually consider him a friend.

Mr. Hamm handled my extremely difficult divorce case. It included my step daughter - I was fighting for custody. We won, I now have full custody of her. The lawyer for my ex-husband was really difficult to deal with. (I actually wanted to poke his eyes out everytime he spoke.) Mr. Hamm always hand...led him well. If things could not be worked out between the lawyers (because the other lawyer was so unreasonable)- we went in front of the judge. There was a family business too. When I left my husband I gave him the business. Once we saw he was running the business down, we went in front of the judge and I got the business. When it was all said and done everything he told me would happen, did. Even though lawyers can't promise any results, everytime we did have an issue (and there were lots) it happened exactly as he said, with the outcome we wanted. My divorce took about 8 months. I thought it would drag out for a year or two. Mr. Hamm did a wonderful job. Since my divorce I have rehired him on two additional cases. Both handled immediatley and with Great results. I work in the law field, so I know it is hard to find a good lawyer and one you feel confident in. I highly recommend him if you have a simple divorce or even a difficult one such as mine.
