With a diverse legal background, Gabrielle began her legal career practicing real estate law and general civil law, litigating disputes both in state and federal court. While practicing as a real estate and civil attorney, Gabrielle worked on cases as diverse as those involving the Communications Act of 1934, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims, landlord/tenant disputes, commercial litigation, business contracts, and even foreclosures, and evictions.

With additional experience in the areas of business development and formation, asset protection for real estate investors, and investor documentation, Gabrielle obtained experience in litigation, pre-litigation disputes, and transactional matters. Upon being introduced to her first employment law case, Gabrielle soon expanded her horizons, making the transition to employment and labor law.

Working as an Associate Attorney with a Houston based labor and employment law firm, Gabrielle represented numerous clients in mediations, negotiations, and litigation for claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FLSA, the FMLA, the TCHRA, and several others. Coupling the experience gained over the years with her passion for providing zealous representation to those in need, Gabrielle started the Ilochi Law firm with the vision of forming a firm that provides modern solutions with a personal touch.
