Deron Richard Harrington

Deron R. Harrington is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. His practice focuses on business law, taxation, estate planning, business succession, and litigation.

Mr. Harrington brings extensive experience in both private practice and corporate management. He previously served as General Counsel and Head of Legal and Finance for a privately held company conducting business throughout the United States. In that position, he was responsible for the company's legal affairs as well as its accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and banking relationships.

His combined legal, accounting, and business experience enables him to advise clients on matters involving overlapping legal, tax, and financial considerations. He regularly works with privately held businesses, their owners, and individuals on business transactions, tax matters, estate planning, succession planning, and disputes.

Mr. Harrington is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a past president of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Previously served as General Counsel and Head of Legal and Finance for a privately held company with operations and sales throughout the United States. As the company's senior legal officer, reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for its legal affairs, including contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions.

In addition to legal responsibilities, oversaw the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and banking relationships.
