Bruna Barros de Sousa Frota

I am the founder and Principal Attorney of Immigration and Nationality Law Group (INLG), with extensive experience in business immigration and U.S. immigration matters. I have worked with large multinational corporations and regional companies across the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, technology, medical, and engineering industries.
My experience encompasses assessing clients' U.S. migration needs and developing and facilitating both short and long-term migration strategies. I also assist high-skilled individuals, executives and managers in obtaining self-sponsored visas and green cards such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Outstanding Professors and Researchers, EB-2 Labor Certification, EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-3 Labor Certification and Schedule A.
Before opening my own practice, I worked for leading immigration law firms, including Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and De Mott, McChesney, Curtright and Armendáriz LLP. I also served as an Immigration Attorney for a leading relocation company: Santa Fe Relocation. I have built a team of paralegals and of counsels who help me deliver outstanding customer service to our clients. I also serve as the General Counsel for the Consulate General of Brazil in Houston and Tramontina USA, Inc.
