Biography
I'm well EXPERIENCED in maximizing recovery for victims of TRUCKING ACCIDENT cases. My original experiences with truck accident cases came from litigating 100s of grade crossing collision cases for injured railroaders involved in a semi-truck collision. This experience has proved valuable in my fight on behalf of the anyone who has been injured by an 18 -wheeler or semi-truck in an accident.
I work to improve my skills as an attorney everyday and I am very proud of my client satisfaction record.
I have been handling FELA (Federal Employer's Liability Act) cases for injured railroad workers since 1994. We are dedicated to providing excellent representation for railroad employees injured on the job. In 1996, I became the youngest attorney to be awarded a million dollar verdict against a class one railroad.
We also handle railroad whistleblower cases under the FRSA (Federal Railroad Safety Act.)
We are proud members of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.
