Not recommended for family law

I hired this attorney for a custody modification, Mr. Hayes was very unprepared, unprofessional, does not follow up with phone calls or emails, if you want to speak to Mr. Hayes be prepared to commute to Pearland, TX and they'll be a 50% chance he'll be there. He does not respond to other parties leg...al team or Amicus. He will do nothing on your case until the hours before a hearing. Honestly stay as far away as you can, he has been reprimanded by the State Bar multiple times in the past. this is just a warning for anyone interested in this attorney.
