We started my wife’s process four years ago to go from DACA to Permanent Resident. Mr. Ruiz has represented us very well for the last four years. We were the most prepared couple here in Juarez, and in a process notorious for its hiccups and unexpected twists, he got us through all of it. There were bumps in the road for us, all of which were due to consulate errors, and the nature of the process. We fully intend to use him again when we need him.
