Biography
I have been practicing as an attorney since 1995 when I passed the bar exam in the State of California. Since 1995 I have also passed the bar exams in Alaska, Texas, and Missouri. My goal is to always provide outstanding service to my clients. Within the past 2 years my litigation has centered around lawsuits against social workers and police officers who violate the consitutional rights of individuals under the 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments. I also defend individuals on criminal complaints. I currently am involved in litigation in Texas, California, and Alaska pertaining to civil rights violations. I work with associate counsel Hector Tamayo, Esq. in California whose practice centers around criminal defense and civil rights.
