Lou Kleinman

Myself and fellow partners utilized Mr. Kleinman's services for a partnership agreement/contract. Mr. Kleinman was unprofessional, untimely, and unreliable. We had an explicit deadline for a contract revision, Mr. Kleinman did not provide the revision to the other partner's attorney as required and ...was not reachable for two days despite multiple attempts by us and the other attorney involved. Our agreement was put in significant jeopardy by Mr. Kleinman's unprofessionalism. We were able to scramble and found alternate council to save the partnership agreement, however incurred significant additional legal costs as a result. Mr. Kleinman was unapologetic and gave no explanation for his actions. He did discount the charge of the revision which was provided late, not in deliverable form (notes for us not admissible to the other attorney) and rendered useless. Mr. Kleinman offered no compensation for extra legal costs and continued to bill us for the initial work he provided. Considering our experience with Mr. Kleinman we would strongly advise not to use his legal services.
