Laurel Anne Shedd

We are extremely surprised and disappointed in the work ethic and commitment our lawyer Laurel Shedd DID NOT have. We spent thousands on this lawyer and she did ZERO negotiating. She completely lacks the backbone it takes to represent clients. We pretty much have done nothing but "kick the can down t...he road" for 10 months until they got their money to get the same exact plea deal we got back in January. She lacks communication skills, we never heard from her outside of court other reminder emails of the court times and dates. Which have been wrong multiple times... after "working" (I use that term loosely) with her for 10 months, she didn't even know my husband's name at the last court date mixing him up with another client of hers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If we had better communication about the course of the case, I would probably be okay with the outcome but she showed us ZERO attempt at actually working our case. She said to "trust her and let her do her job" and it brought us back to ground zero.
