Ben Joseph Raia

Its been 1 year since I hired Ben to do a Texas guardian on children I already have guardianship of in 2 other states. I gave his office every paper and where about of people they need to send papers. I just received a letter from the parent in jail and this person has never been contacted by Ben Ra...ia office. Three months ago we went to court and I was so embarrassed that Ben had no paper work prepared for any of the children. When I wrote Ben last month he stated he would see if I had any money left from my retainer to refund me. WHAT; money left Ben has not done anything to even keep a penny let alone $6000.00 find yourself another lawyer run as fast as you can. Everything Ben's office received was from me doing the leg work and nothing was done after it reached Ben's office.
