Words cannot describe the gratitude that we have for the services provided by Ben Raia, Dominique, and the rest of the team at Slate Law & Associates. Ben and Dominique worked tirelessly to make sure that every avenue was explored when seeking guardianship of our grandchildren and ensuring safety me...asures were in place. If not for their legal expertise and dedication, our grandchildren were at risk of returning to a neglectful and unsafe home environment which would’ve resulted in the children being placed in foster care. Its been 1 year since I hired Ben to do a Texas guardian on children I already have guardianship of in 2 other states. I gave his office every paper and where about of people they need to send papers. I just received a letter from the parent in jail and this person has never been contacted by Ben Ra...ia office. Three months ago we went to court and I was so embarrassed that Ben had no paper work prepared for any of the children. When I wrote Ben last month he stated he would see if I had any money left from my retainer to refund me. WHAT; money left Ben has not done anything to even keep a penny let alone $6000.00 find yourself another lawyer run as fast as you can. Everything Ben's office received was from me doing the leg work and nothing was done after it reached Ben's office.
