horrible

He acted like he wasn't sure of anything. I went to the court house to get records, i called other lawyers to get answers, and i basically did his job even though we paid him $1500.00 up front. He did not object to anything. One of the opposing side lawyers did more for us than Roy Fuller did. He was... basically just an ornament. Made several phone calls to him to get answers and here we are 3 months later and he still has not called us back. Today I called his office to try again. His secretary got pretty ugly on the phone. I would suggest never using Roy Fuller ever. I very badly regret using him. Oh and he still wants more money (another $1500.00)

terrible

he made major mistakes and for 30 service didnt know what he is doing. Gave bad advice and cost me alot of money. Very shady, had to change attorneys, after 5 months of a simple case not going forward. Worst attorney i ever dealt with.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
