My experience with attorney David Gunn was extremely negative. He represented my ex‑husband during my divorce, and his involvement created serious problems in my case. He influenced my former attorney in ways that led to a poorly drafted QDRO, which caused major delays and complications that I am sti...ll dealing with. He also called me directly, and during that phone call I felt pressured and threatened, which I consider completely unprofessional and inappropriate for an attorney. David Gunn and his assistant, Carol were given tons of evidence collected by me during our case - none of which were retained and presented in court. Mr Gunn took my case and couldn't remember a darn thing each and every time we had to appear in court. Furthermore tried to withdraw immediately prio...r to final hearing, which was detrimental to my case. He was ill-prepared and unresponsive during the trial. He drained me if all my financial resources and lost my case without even attempting to keep up with the case.
