David Gunn and his assistant, Carol were given tons of evidence collected by me during our case - none of which were retained and presented in court. Mr Gunn took my case and couldn't remember a darn thing each and every time we had to appear in court. Furthermore tried to withdraw immediately prio...r to final hearing, which was detrimental to my case. He was ill-prepared and unresponsive during the trial. He drained me if all my financial resources and lost my case without even attempting to keep up with the case.
