Used this Attorney for a case which he refused to give the Judge Important Information detrimental to our case (written in an email something very easy to prove), which would have tied in another company into our case making our judgment much larger. It let the other company off when they should not ...have been able to get off! He is a very LAZY Attorney. If he gets mad (which he has a bad temper), he won't try and work anything out with you he just stops communicating with you all together and won't answer his cell phone, office phone, text, emails, fax etc.. He becomes totally silent and keeps your money without doing the work he was paid to do! He is also very unethical! The Bar refuses to do anything so they are worthless too! By not presenting the email evidence to the Judge, he cost us a good portion of our case against another major company. Even the other Attorney represented by the Companies we were suing was shocked at our own Attorney's behavior! It is all online to see (except for the email he refused to give the Judge), so no lies here. If you can choose anyone else, please do yourself a favor a stay clear because he will get lazy and botch your case too, by not presenting important evidence in your case too! Oh and Raydon knew exactly what he was doing! I have emails to prove it. We still have problems with the case he handled for us, and the Construction Company he sued for us has now started up other businesses and going strong after we were told he could not do that without first paying our judgment! Ron even refused to help us collect what judment judgment was won by filing a Writ of Execution!!! Please look else where for legal advise instead of waste your time and money with this crooked Attorney!!! He should not be practicing Law at all acting the way he did on our case by not presenting important Legal Email documents!
