Re: Attorney Robert D. Clements, Jr. I had a very unusual family divorce case for Robert D. Clements Jr., a “Bill of Review”. This was a case that Mr. Clements had to battle with. (It was a divorce case that was not done right with another attorney that I hire, and Mr. Clements had to go back and ...re-open the divorce case). There was only 30 days after the final date of the divorce, if I had to re-open the case; however it was over five (5) months. It’s like the statute of limitation has run out to re-open this case. I have talked and share my divorce with four (4) high profile attorneys, and they all gave me a 20% chance of winning. (I get it; a Bill of Review is really hard to win) I wanted to let you know that I feel because of the circumstances of this case, I was explaining my divorce case and I was not able to find an attorney that had any good positive about my case, But when I talked with Mr. Clements; he listen to what I said, and he gave me a better chance of winning. To this day; I feel 100% there is no other attorney out there that could have won this case like he did with his almost 39 years’ experience. Mr. Clements is the Best of the Best.
