Wally helped me get custody of my child. We fought an up hill battle and many obstacles and he was with me all the way. His dedication to my case changed my life and my child's life. I will always be greatful to him and his assistant, Sue Laza. Wally, you are my hero.
Wally was my attorney in the 1990's. I was really behind the 8 ball when I found him. My soon to be ex-wife had set me up with spousal abuse and sexual abuse of my child. Our marriage lasted 11 months, the divorce was 5 years. My ex did not drink, smoke or do drugs, she looked very normal but was absolutely crazy. Wally asked the best questions in the best way, to the point that her witnesses were great for me. My witnesses turned in spectacular performances. I actually won custody of my 4 year old daughter. We both cried when we were told by the jury why they found for me.
My daughter just finished her Masters degree from one of the most prestigious schools in England. But my proudest accomplishment is; my daughter has learned to deal with and has a great relationship with her very difficult mother.
The same day the decree was filed, he filed a post judgment the same day on behalf of the person my former spouse was seeing in order to get money from her former spouse. I needed final affairs in order from the decree but apparently Wally found a better case. My former spouse, also a lawyer, is also advising his now client on the side. Not really sure who Wally's now client's lawyer is, Wally or my former spouse. If my former spouse hits Wally's client as he did me, maybe Wally will represent him too. I, too, have had to hire another lawyer.
