Morgan Taylor Rivera-Hybner

I may decide to hire Morgan, but even if I don't, I highly recommend her. The consultation alone was so valuable. She heard me out fully, without interrupting, as some attorneys do, and listened when I explained the context that mattered. She tailored her plan and advice to that context, and I'm conf...ident she would handle my case VERY well. I told her that the only reason I may choose someone else, if I do, is due to the retainer she charges vs. another lawyer I consulted. She was very understanding, to the point where she told me that I'm welcome to use her ideas even if I don't hire her. To be VERY clear, however, I'm under no illusions that any other attorney would be able to execute to the same quality as her. That would be like taking a tattoo design from a very expensive and renowned artist and having your cousin try to copy it with a tattoo machine he bought off Amazon. Ultimately, I had a different attorney who has fumbled my case at every turn and now that my divorce is "final," I need to hire new counsel for enforcement. I wish I'd been more intentional when I picked an attorney originally. If I'd picked Morgan, I probably would've spent less over the course of the whole case, and it would've been done sooner. She understands that time is money for all of us, and I'm confident she's not going to play games with the hourly rate I'm paying her. She thinks outside the box on solutions and understands her craft. If you're looking for a family law attorney, she's worth paying the consultation fee at a bare minimum.
