Very unprofessional and stepped out of boundaries when it came to my child. He claimed his last name was not correct and despite my husband and I proving the correct name on the social security card and birth certificate he still would not change his name to actual legal name. The school was not able... to take medical inhaler because the last names did not match up. This was a huge let down. I will never look at Katy ISD the same because of this incident.
