John Ossy Okonji

John was really a lifesaver in a very difficult and tricky situation. I had a very long and drawn out probate case after my father's death and my probate lawyer referred John to my case when I needed to handle an eviction process. My estranged stepsisters had allowed a tenant to live on the property,... but they received the rent for four years. Once I bought them out of the lawsuit, the unruly tenant remained, against my will, and we could not get him out of the property. He was not of sound mind and was fighting hard to stay even though he did not have a lease and was no longer paying rent. John helped me to deal with the situation peacefully and lawfully. He was absolutely professional, on top of every deadline, and very fast and clear in his communication in terms of what I needed to do and what we could expect with the case. He really went above and beyond because I live overseas and didn't have anyone in Houston to help. He assisted in working with the constables to ensure the tenant was removed and helped me secure a service to remove his belongings, and more. I didn't have to do much actually and am so grateful that John knew everything I needed to do in order to handle the situation. I've worked with (too many!) lawyers in Houston in dealing with this 5-year long process and many of them really let me down, or didn't come through when I needed them. Luckily, I eventually found a great probate lawyer, and then John, who came through in every way when I really needed it. His prices are very reasonable and fair. I would recommend him for any job. In fact, you're lucky to have found him.

John Okonji worked very hard regarding my divorce, advising me of the options that were available despite my husband not being very cooperative.
