Mary is by far the best attorney in Texas. I personally used her for my own divorce with a crazy ex who continued to attempt to bring me to court for frivolous reasons. Mary won EVERY time we went to court and my ex used high dollar attorneys who cost 5x more per hour than Mary charges. The look o...n my ex-wife face when Mary got me full custody was priceless. She's an honest attorney and will work super hard to win your case. Very knowledgeable and will run circles over judges and attorney who attempt to make their own rules and not follow the law. Mary was so great I hired her to represent my current wife's divorce and she man handled this high price attorney and we BOTH have full custody of our kids. Mary will always be my attorney of choice and I have recommended her to family and friends with the same positive results. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Best family attorney in Texas.

Mary will go above and beyond to make sure your case is handled from beginning to end. She genuinely cares about you and your child. She takes the time to get to know all the little details so she can effectively represent you. She was able to get us primary custody of our boys in a tough situation. ...Mary is never too busy to take the time out to speak with you personally and fights for your children. I very rarely write reviews. I triumphantly divoreced over 7 years ago, and though the court successfully decided I was to have primary care etc...the fun was just beginning. Without pause every year I returned to the court room to enforce what rights I could, concerning my daughter. I met Mary ...a year ago, as a few challenges were coming to a head, and I needed a full time attorney to prepare for the court date (s). Mary was deliberate, prepared, calm (when I wasn't) and a fighter in the court room, when it counts. There is a stigma with the big "D" attorneys and this much should be said; when you hire someone to represent you, your child, don't bargain hunt and definitely Call Mary! Talk to her and she will guide you in next steps. Her rates are lower than a "High Profile" attorney but her dedication and work reflects one; and trust me...I definitely know based on my 2 year divorce. Money can be replaced and is relative to the amount of work done on your child's behalf.
