Our client, Kislingbury and Stenomaster, Inc., won the appeal. The court of appeals affirmed the trial court's judgment.
Argovitz v. Argovitz, No. 14-07-00206-CV & 14-07-00396-CV, in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals
Our client, Jerry Argovitz, prevailed on almost all grounds, resulting in approximately $14,000,000 judgment in his favor. The one remaining issue was remanded back to the trial court for a factual determination.
