I have over 25 years experience in law enforcement having ended that career as the First Assistant at the Waller County DA's Office. In addition, I worked for the Harris County DA and the Montgomery County DA for two decades.  Since 2014, I have also been in private practice representing a select few clients so that they receive the attention and dedication they deserve as they go through the criminal Justice system.

I am known for innovative thinking and created several national models for the legal system including Felony Murder prosecutions for Habitual DWI killers, No Refusal to make the arrest and judicial processes more efficient, efficient court case management programs, Skype testimony, and more. Two separate groups have named me the nation's top lawyer in my field and I received a public service award from NHTSA in 2013.  I know the system and get along well with prosecutors, judges, and police.  I want to put this experience to work for you!

Personal Touch!
A friend who is a cop recommended him for my young son on an arson investigation. I texted him right away as the cops were at our door and with his advice, we got them to leave right away. My son got charged with a first degree felony anyway because the cops messed up a statement in the case. Warren was able to find this error and got the case dismissed. His promptness in responding and dedication to defending us saved our son from years of agony and a possible felony conviction. He always responded right away and works great with everybody. I’d give him ten stars if I could!

The Best On Every Level! Honest and truly works for you
This man is the best and truly amazing!I couldn't have wanted or expected anything more then what I received while he worked on my case.i never was promised something or sold a dream he was 100% realistic and upfront.He will protect your rights and find any that have been violated.He truly understands the law and knows how to make his argument clear and understood in the courtroom.i would have been wrongfully convicted or signed for time out of fear over intimidating prosecutor's and lazy appointed lawyers.there is no words of gratitude or satisfaction I could put on here to compare how I feel about our business dealings.if you feel no hope or for a positive outcome he is the lawyer to call and if he tells you something you can take it to the bank he is not blowing smoke to get your money he actually works and gets things done unlike most.thanks warren your your amazing and a blessing you saved me

Amazing with true excellence
Warren was recommended by a friend and I am very glad I got him on my cases. I was charged with a serious felony and a serious misdemeanor and he got them both dismissed. He was even able to get them removed from my record afterwards. He really gives personal service and doesn’t take a lot of cases so he kept me really informed about the process. Definitely a good choice to hire him!

Excellence With True Compassion
I recommended Warren for a close relative who was charged with a very serious felony. Unlike other lawyers I've dealt with, he took a personal interest in the case even to the extent of doing house visits and answering messages late on weekends. Because of his history as a famous prosecutor, he was able to handle the case on friendly terms with prosecutors and police. The best thing about his representation is that he was able to get the felony case dismissed. Dismissals are rare, but he knows the system and used it to our advantage. I couldn't be happier with his representation
