Mr Diepraam was beyond helpful and knowledgeable when working with me during my DUI. I was incredibly overwhelmed and nervous having never been in any legal trouble before. Man! When I found out I was in trouble and was going to get a court appointed attorney, I didn't think I was going to get an attorney who was going to use all of his connections to go above and beyond to get me the absolute best deal possible. He got my felony dismissed and time served on my misdemea...nor without even having to go to trial. I had two misdemeanors and then picked up a felony case which would usually be bad news. Mr. Diepraam got all of my cases dismissed by fighting the prosecutors every day I had court. He wrote motions and briefs and had them so confused that they couldn’t even respond in front of the judge. I wa...tched him have hearings and he got every one of his cases thrown out by the judge after the hearing. Honestly, I think they knew he would win on my cases and didn’t want to take a chance. He is the most articulate lawyer in the area and definitely the most aggressive for his clients. On top of that, he always took my texts and most of my calls. He is worth it in so many ways and I’ve had lots of lawyers in my lifetime but I’m staying with him and you should too
