Samira Rehmatullah Alimohammad

   Mrs. Alimohammad commenced her legal career as an Assistant General Counsel for an international staffing agency in Dallas, Texas. In her position as Assistant General Counsel and subsequently, General Counsel, Mrs. Alimohammad handled all corporate and employment law matters, including contract review and management, EEOC and Department of Labor issues and responses and general employment law compliance.

   After moving to Houston, Mrs. Alimohammad continued her in-house legal career as an Assistant Corporate Attorney for a Contract Research Organization (CRO). The multi-national CRO managed a high volume of clinical trials for various pharmaceutical companies. As the Assistant Corporate Attorney, Mrs. Alimohammad was responsible for managing the contracts department, advising Human Resources on all employment law matters, and assisting the Corporate Attorney on corporate legal matters for all 25 subsidiaries of the parent company.

   Currently, Mrs. Alimohammad serves as Managing Attorney at the Law Office of Rehan Alimohammad, P.C. Mrs. Alimohammad manages the employment and corporate law section of the practice and is now also practicing immigration law, in particular, employment- based immigration.
