5 stars does not do this woman justice - if there was a choice for a 10 star recommendation I’d give her that. She is an amazing attorney. She has a calm and confident approach with clients, but don’t let that fool you… she’s a hardcore rock star when it comes to the litigation process. She has a ...brilliant mind, comprehensive knowledge of the law, strong ethics and is a true advocate for her clients. She is one of the brightest lawyers I’ve ever met. If you are looking for a lawyer - look no more because she is the best. Her reviews were what motivated me to call her, but they were so good I wondered if they were “true reviews” - they were accurate! I consider myself fortunate to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal assistance.

Jessica is an excellent attorney, she is an experienced professional who will work tirelessly to defend your rights. She handled my child support case. From always answering my phone calls, to explaining in detail all the steps in the legal process; she ensured I never had unanswered questions. Sh...e is objective by never promising me an outcome that will likely not happen, but she will lay out all the outcome options. Her depth of knowledge ensured she recommended a tailor made strategy for my specific needs. She is transparent with her billing process and her customer service is outstanding.

I’ve used her services for quite a while and, let me say, quite clearly, that hiring her was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. She repeatedly had prompt and specific answers for me, immediately notified me of court dates and case progress, came early to court to sign us up ahead of the line, an...d was always available by phone or email. She was impressively informed and knowledgeable about uncommon, potential future circumstances that needed to be addressed, and she promptly brought them to my attention. Mrs. Burkett was my lawyer for my custody for my then 9 year old son. Mrs. Burkett has so easy to deal with and made me feel like I had a fighting chance with gaining custody of my son. She was great to work with. I was not sure if my ex husband would contest or even sign the divorce papers. Most lawyers I talked to said that the only way to handle this type was to start off as a contested divorce. Jessica was the only one that said she would start of as a uncontested divorce and... explained that even if my ex did not sign I still could get my divorce. She also explained that with our Attorney General papers/Child Support/Child Custody I already had everything I wanted concerning our daughter. She was great and very knowledgeable. I hope I never have to use a lawyer again, but if I do I would go to her and/or ask her who she recommends.
