Biography
Spending nearly a decade in the United States Army National Guard before becoming licensed in Texas, I bring a work ethic and fighting spirit that you can rely on.
I excelled in law school, gaining experience in client representation, trial strategies, and was certified in client counseling through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. I worked with the Thurgood Marshall Criminal Law clinic and was assigned to the Reintegration / Misdemeanor Courts in Harris County. This experience allowed me to assist those facing drug charges and represent clients that would otherwise have been unable to afford counsel. Prior to establishing my practice, I worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fort Bend County District Attorneys Office. There I handled thousands of cases in multiple misdemeanor courts and fully understand how to handle a case from arraignment to trial. I plan on using these experiences to YOUR benefit. Great Lawyer
I was profiled and charged and arrested for unlawful carry with no criminal history simply because I'm in a motorcycle club. Benjamin got charges dismissed and I only had to appear in court once. Great at what he does, Great communication and follow through. Highly recommended.
