John D. Perches is a shareholder of Wadler, Perches, Hundl & Kerlick. Mr. Perches has been a practicing attorney licensed with the State Bar of Texas since 1994 and a member of the firm since 1999.
Mr. Perches represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of litigation matters. His practice has encompassed a extensive range of civil litigation including personal injury, probate, consumer protection, family and title insurance litigation. Mr. Perches also routinely serves as local counsel for both plaintiff and defense litigants.
Mr. Perches received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in ived his Doctor of Jurisprudence, also from the University of Texas, in 1994.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Perches has held leadership positions in many service and professional organizations. He is a past President of the Wharton County Bar Association, past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Wharton Chamber of Commerce and the President of the Board of Directors for the Northwood Municipal Utility District #1 in Houston, Texas.

Entity Set Up
Mr. John Perches was hired to set up an LLC for my service company. He thourhly explained the process and the fees. After that we had a meeting which reassured me that he was going to be there for the long haul on any issues that may come up. Definitely will be recommending him to others!
