Attorney Jamie Zand has over a decade of legal experience that she puts to work for clients throughout Fort Bend County. Jamie grew up in a farming community in North Dakota. After beginning her career as a nurse in Fargo, Jamie decided to enroll in law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston. While at law school, she worked in the juvenile division of the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office. Today, Jamie primarily focuses her practice on family law. She understands firsthand the pains of divorce – she experienced it as a child when her parents divorced and has also experienced it from a previous marriage. Jamie routinely handles cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic abuse, fathers’ and grandparents’ rights, and property division. In addition to family law, she also practices criminal defense.
