I went to this attorney for representation regading mortgage fraud and identity theft. Mr. O'neal assured me that he prepared and qaulifed to handle this legal acton to the up most professional care. I WOULD not refer his servces to no one. His advertisement should have read - (Hire at your RISK). A ...Lesson I have learned and will not forget. Sincerly a pissed client.

We handed Byron a slam dunk case! Unfortunately his lack of knowledge and experience has cost us to probably lose the case. Like one of the other reviewers, Byron was recommended to us to represent my daughter's lawsuit against a wedding venue. The opposing attorney needed only to use a small portion... of his skill to outwhit Byron. We recently received a post card in the mail indicating "interlocutory judgement". Clearly we are not attorneys and have no clue what this means. Sadly numerous attempts have been made to contact Byron asking him to assist us with the meaning etc.; he will not even acknowledge our calls. We don't have a clue of where to go from here. I guess at this point, we will seek out a REAL atorney. Byron is way out of his league and truly has no business using the title of attorney. Now rather than seeking justice for one offense, it will be two. Please take the advise of all the reviewers; pay the money to get a real lawyer.

A friend recommended Mr. O'neal due to him being a frat brother but he knew very little about him otherwise. His response time is very poor if you get a call back at all. I have been in the dark about my family matter for about 2 months now and I have only heard from him 1 time since November of 20...10. If you pay for a services make sure the person is trustworthy, responsive to you needs, and that this person keeps you well informed on the progress in you case because this Lawyer seem to be lacking in these areas. Like the old saying goes you pay for what you get........
