Pipe Line Easement

I cannot recommend Mr. Hundl and his firm highly enough. My issues started when I received communication from the pipeline company's Right Of Way agent. Mistake number one was attempting to handle the matter myself as regards to the Right Of way agent. I found the agent to be very difficult to work... with in that he did not value my time (in many respects) and his only goal was to pressure me into signing their easement agreement. After turning the matter over to Mr. Hundl, he was able to handle and efficiently resolve all issues directly with the pipeline company in no time at all. My past experience with other law firms on different legal issues has mainly resulted in unreturned email messages and calls, lack of communication and updates about my legal matter. However, my experience with Mr. Hundl's office was completely the opposite; the paralegal was prompt with all communications, and Mr. Hundl contacted me personally on many occasions in an effort to keep me up to date with the matter he was handling. Mr. Hundl was very eager to help me resolve my legal issue, always very personable and extraordinarily professional, along with having great follow-through. If you want to be ignored, receive zero communication, then go out and hire any old law firm. If, however, you want to be treated with respect and utmost professionalism, I'd urge you to give Mr. Hundl's firm a call. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful experience I had with Mr. Hundl and his firm.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
