This lady listens to made up hearsay from caseworkers and without evidence, without talking to the other person involved, uses that information to testify in court. Not only did the made up story have any foundation, it clearly had zero merit/evidence to back it up. The story made zero sense. She ...also made her decisions on other areas without investigating any of it, or talking to the people involved. Her decisions and testimony ruined the lives of little children and helped place the children back in the same danger from which they came. She doesn't help families, she hurts them.

Lost custody of my child as a final result of this attorney's representation. This attorney was verbally abusive to me in public, late to hearings, and did not fight for me at all. Even though her efforts were an epic failure...she was promptly paid in full for her services. To this day (May 15, 2...014), I still have not received the modified orders for possession of my child, and the case was finalized in July 2013! Initially, when I asked for the paperwork, she demanded that I drive 1.5 hours (one way) to her office to conduct an "exit conversation" in order to "close the case" and give me the final paperwork--totally out of the question and unheard of. Subsequently, I have made countless attempts to contact her office to procure the documentation to no avail, nor any return phone calls. Hiring this attorney should not be an option. I feel used and extorted.

After searching high and low for an attorney, I found Mrs. Kim just in the nic of time and it was the best decision I could have ever made!!! She not only fought for me, she fought for my daughter too, putting my daughter's best interest in front of everything. She even provided me with a few books t...o help me help myself and my daughter through the confusion and transition of separation. Mrs. Kim did way more for me than I would expect from any attorney. She kept me well-informed and in the loop with every step of the process, and sometimes even contacted me on the weekends. She encouraged me the whole way through and helped me get through the impossible. I would recommend Mrs. Kim to anyone needing an attorney for custody. She fights for what's RIGHT; she fights for the children. The whole experience I had with her was phenomenal and I am very pleased to know that there are attorneys out actually fight for what's right for the children instead of what's right for their pocket. The ex-wife has a history of being over drama when in court continuing to cause problems for the 3 children and myself, Her Lawer requested to the Judge that I be incarcerated. Mrs. Kim reviews my case an accepted to work Pro Bono. The Judge, after listening to Michelle, overrode the Ex-wife Attorn...ey plea to have me incarcerated and granted me all my modification. I would highly recommend Mrs. Kim to anyone needing representation when it comes to Parent with children. Mrs. Kim work very hard and kept me up to date with the legal terminology. Mrs. Kim went beyond the call of duties when she suggested that she be present at my daughter’s IEP meeting at her school. Mrs. Kim Was there to advocate for Sydney wellbeing, and for her studies. I was touch by her actions, I’ve never heard of any attorney that would go the extra mile to help a family on her own time; after all she was representing me Pro Bono.
