Do not hire his lawyer. He did not complete any task I contracted him for. I filed a grievance with the Texas Bar and it was found "sanction of an Agreed Private Reprimand" it was not dismissed, that means there was merit in my complaint. Mr. Simmons personally visited my brother's home dozens of times to verify it was secure, assisted with issues we had with neighbors, and an ex-wife; every problem that we encountered, he was there for our family and again we cannot thank him enough. The man is extremely intelligent, sincere, respectful, genuine, and has an amazing work ethic. I have also gotten to know Mr. Simmons on a more personal level and consider him a friend. He has taken the time out of his busy schedule just to call and say hello, we have talked about a wide range of topics, and I have even invited him to visit Pittsburgh to attend a Steeler's game to show my appreciation. I have no idea where my family would be without Mr. Simmons, and we will never forget what he has done and continues to do for our family. Thank you!
