James C. Mulder

We hired Mr Mulder to form our business entities. Unfortunately Mr Mulder formed entities that did not exist or comply with Texas law. The inappropriate formation of these entities was not discovered until we had completed all the things necessary to operate a consumer based street level business ie...; signage, printed media, checking accounts. business licenses ect. To further compound our problems we discovered the name we choose was not even available in Texas because of the two word rule as defined by the Secretary of State. We had no choice but to start over with another attorney and choose another name. Sadly we fell for Mr Mulder’s flat rate fee and found ourselves out many thousands of dollars. Mr Mulder was never responsive, other than our initial meeting and payment, emails and phone calls went unanswered for long periods of time. At no time did Mr Mulder ever offer any refund.

We were referred to James Mulder to help with IRS problem caused by CPA. Instead of helping us, Mulder refers us to his partner, Aaron Keiter, who had been charged with Money Laundering and Drug Trafficking. Mulder never told us any of this. Aaron Keiter proceeded to steal all our Lifesavings. I a...m now Destitute due to James Mulder and Aaron Keiter.
